These classes are designed to provide a student with sufficient information to understand key elements of their job that requires general knowledge of the U.S. dairy industry, and more specific knowledge of Federal Milk Marketing order pooling and pricing. The latter mirrors Chapters 7 and 8 in my textbook, “Dairy Economics: Pricing, Policy, and Risk Management.”

Classes will be held online using a Zoom platform. I’ll sign in 10 minutes before class. This will be an ideal time for introductions. I’ll also send out worksheets that we’ll use during the class. We’ll schedule a 10 minute break in the middle (time permitting). Ideally, all three classes should be taken in a given week. However, since this may not always be possible, I’ll try to schedule alternative weeks for students to take all three classes. All sales are final.

Contact me if you would prefer a custom made class for your company’s employees! Let me do the training for you. Dairy onboarding is an excellent class to introduce your employees to the U.S. dairy industry.
